Disappointed
Problems started at checkin when we found out the owner had rented the apartment we had paid for to someone else. We had to wait two nights for the other party to check out until we got into our rightful apartment. The owner made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. When I requested compensation, again no response other than a meager $40 credit was issued to my account. Also we asked 3 times if we could extend our check out time by one hour. No response to our inquiry. Anyone staying here needs to have earplugs since the trams run right outside the window nearly all night. The beautiful balcony shown in the picture is nothing like what you will get, dirty and old furniture. The apartment was advertised as having a lift, but it does not work. Other than the balcony the apartment was reasonably clean and the location to city center is great which is the only reason we gave a 2 review instead of a 1.
