Welcome to Aloha Acre, your beautiful, peaceful oasis on the Outer Banks! This home sits on a private, tree-filled lot just minutes from Hillcrest beach and all of its amenities. Come relax and enjoy the lush, natural setting and breathe the fresh ocean air on the multiple decks and outdoor screened porch. In the evenings enjoy s'mores at the outdoor fire pit and cook dinner on the convenient BBQ grill.
Aloha Acre is wheelchair and handicap accessible with no steps to climb on the entire first level and has widened doorways, a curbless shower and spacious rooms with large windows.
The house has been completely remodeled with new flooring, updated kitchen and bathrooms and new coastal furnishings throughout. Games, puzzles and DVD movies provided. Guests rave that this beach home is comfortable, well-appointed, fun and stylish. Come experience the Aloha spirit at Aloha Acre!

What's nearby

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Aloha

Really enjoyed our week Aloha acre. Great family trip with everything we needed! Not on the beach, but just a short drive with easy parking. Great outdoor space with grill and firepit and plenty of decks to enjoy nature. Very private with forested neighborhood and lots of deer.
