Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure that you have departed the property by 9:30am Please ensure all rubbish is taken to the large industrial bin that is located at the front gate (under the electricity pole).
Please ensure the Fireplace is emptied using the steal bucket and scoop provided emptying the embers on the outside Firepit. Please ensure these are put out and at no risk of reigniting.
Please ensure ALL heating and lights are turned off prior to departure. Please close and lock all the doors and windows upon departure and return the keys to the key box, locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please use Fireplace as your primary source of heating and use Gas Heater as back up (to reserve Gas source for cooking and Hot Water!)
Water - being a regional location the water source is from the Rainwater Tank ONLY. Additional charges will apply if excessive water is used.
No Parties or Events are permitted at the Property.
