Sjöbrisgården is only 150 meters from the sea on Sweden's sunniest coast.

The 40 square meter cabin is modernly equipped with a smaller kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the bedroom there is a double bed and wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and TV. Toilet with shower corner and underfloor heating. If you do not want to clean yourself then you can buy for cleaning on site at a price of 500 SEK. Receipt is obtained. The garden is large and fully fenced with fence. Good for those with pets or children. In addition, there is a lovely patio under the roof for long wonderful summer evenings.

Here you have cycling distance to swimming at Björkenäs camping with kiosk, sandy beach and jetty. Along the coast road there are several farms with their own sale of vegetables, eggs and cheese. In Kristianopel you can enjoy roses, narrow alleys, cafes and restaurants. And if you look out over the sea you can see Öland's southern headland on the horizon. From Torhamn you can take an archipelago boat and discover the island life. A trip to Utklippan is a fantastic nature experience with its unique animal and bird life. Here you can even meet on seals.

The World Heritage City of Karlskrona with several historical sights is reached by car in half an hour.

Jenny and Stefan

The Hütte Sjöbrisgården lies just 150 meters from the lake in the sunniest coast of Sweden.

The 40 square meter large hut is modernly equipped with a smaller kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the bedroom is a double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room, it provides a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a TV. Toilet with shower and foot floor heater. A final cleaning can be booked at a price of 5oo kroner.
The garden is large and secluded. Good for children and dogs. Besides, it provides a terrace with roofing for a beautiful summer evening.

Only a few minutes away lies Björkenäs, a campground with a kiosk, sandy beach and bridge. Along the coastal road you will find many farmhouses with their own sale of vegetables, eggs and cheese. In Kristianopel you can enjoy the scent of the many roses, stroll through the gases, visit a common cafe or restaurant. If you look over the sea, you can experience in the distance the southernmost tip of Öland.

From Torhamn you can discover the Schärengarten with a guided boat excursion. It is a beautiful opportunity to visit the cliff, the most southeastern island group of Sweden, with its unique wildlife of birds and other wildlife. If you are lucky you can even visit seals.

The world-culture-based Karlskrona can be reached by car in half an hour.

Nice little house

My partner and me joined this little house and feeled warmly welcome by Jenny. We had all we need and a precious garden which our dog enjoyed fully.

Entspannender Urlaub mit freundlicher Vermieterin, leider kein Zugang zur Ostsee außer vor mehreren Kilometern Entfernung, dann aber sehr schöne Badestelle, Foto auf FeWo -Seite mit Stadt gibt völlig falschen Eindruck, da nächste Ortschaft ca 7km entfernt ist positive Überraschung, dass es WLAN im Haus gab Vorschlag: Webb-Seite überarbeiten!MvGBeate

Ein schönes kleines typisch schwedisches Ferienhäuschen mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann von dort aus mit dem Rad vieles erkunden. Gute Tipps dafür liegen im Ferienhaus parat. Wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter mit nicht so hohen Temperaturen und Sonnenschein. Ein schöner Zwischenstop auf unserer Tour durch Schweden.

Das Häuschen ist gut grlegen und sehr sauber.Man hat alles was man z.b in der Küche benötigt.Das Bad ist zwar klein .aber fein.Das einzigste was es zu bemängeln gibt , ist die Bildergalerie die es zu der Wohnung gibt.Die Wohnung liegt zwar unmittelbar am Wasser aber man kommt nicht ran.Die nächste Möglichkeit zu schwimmen ist 4 bis 5km entfernt .Und das kommt nicht so rüber.Da wäre etwas Genauigkeit angebracht.Ansondten war es ein schöner Urlaub und wir haben viel unternommen.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Schwedenhaus für die kleine Familie. Wir waren 7 Tage in den niedlichen Häuschen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Sehr ruhige Lage lädt ein zum Entspannen. Fazit sehr tolle und nette Gastgeber.

Knus en gezellig huisje in hele rustige omgeving. Voor de hond een omheinde tuin. Alles was aanwezig en ons verblijf was top, alleen de badkamer is echt voor kleine mensen : ))

Perfekte Basis für einen schönen Urlaub

Ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt im Südosten von Schweden. Wir haben von Jämjö aus viele Ausflüge, bis nach Öland und andere Orte, gemacht.Eine schöne Gegend für Naturliebhaber!Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch ein Grill für schöne Abende auf der Terrasse. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur das sehr kleine Waschbecken im Bad.Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist für eine Person oder zwei ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber genügt.Die Küche war mit allem bestückt. Insgesamt würde ich dem Haus 3 Sterne geben weil es schon etwas älter ist.Was positiv war das eingezäunte Grundstück, da ich einen Hund mit hatte.Die Besitzerin Jenny ist mega nett.

Entschleunigung von Anfang an

Kleines, schönes Häuschen mit allem, was man benötigt. Hund Emma hat sich auch wohlgefühlt und dank des Zaunes war ein Freilauf immer möglich. Vielen Dank an Jenny für die Gastfreundschaft, die Tipps und vor allem für die leckeren kleinen Zimtschnecken (und das Rezept). Schade, das der See zu Fuß doch etwas weit war, aber wir waren dennoch mehrfach baden (auch der Hund :-)

Hyggelig stuga

Lille, hyggelig stuga med god beliggenhed og særdeles hundevenlig med lukket have. Huset er lille, men der er, hvad man skal bruge. Vi brugte især den lille, overdækkede terrasse, som var et stort plus for huset.

Gezellig en knus Zweeds huisje

Samen met onze 2 honden hebben we genoten van het bijzonder leuke huisje met afgezette tuin (ideaal met honden), en de vriendelijke gastvrijheid van eigenaresse Jenny! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, ligt ideaal voor mooie uitstapjes in het prachtige Zuidoost Zweden. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, en kunnen dit huisje iedereen van harte aanbevelen!

Traumhaft

Das Haus war sehr schön, die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit von Jenny und Stefan war toll. Die Lage und die Sehenswürdigkeiten haben den Urlaub einzigartig schön gemacht. Wer Schweden direkt und nicht von Touristen überfüllt erleben möchte der ist hier genau richtig. Einfach Traumhaft

Urlaub in der Stuga

Dieses schöne, gut gelegene Häuschen bietet alles um schöne Tage in süd-ost-Schweden zu verbringen. Von hier sind Badestellen sowie viele Städte mit Auto gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, einzig das kleine Bad ist leider nur über das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen (Durchgangszimmer). Da hier auch Hunde oft Gäste sind, muss man mit Haaren auf Couch und Bettwäsche vorlieb nehmen. Der Garten ist schön groß und eingezäunt, jedoch sehr naturbelassen. Ein großer Wald-Ameisennest ist in der Nähe des Hauses, schön-aber ungeeignet mit kleinen Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm in der Kommunikation. Danke! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)
