The accommodations were immaculate. My original booking wasn’t available so I was upgraded to a three bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment.Full kitchen with washer and dryer. There was a screened in patio facing the trees. Very private. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Overall apt. was clean upon entry. Kitchen cabinetry and appliances have been updated. Bathroom cabinetry has been updated. Floors have been updated. General maintenance was lacking - holes in wall where towel bars had been moved, hole in LR had been repaired but not painted. Back windows and lanai doors very much need to be replaced. Couldn't use lanai due to filth on screens and moss growing on screen frames. Didn't have full length mirror.

I loved that there was a stand up shower and a separate bath tub. The apartment was very spacious and comfy. Love the big TVs that have streaming platforms. Nice having a washer and dryer and all utensils needed already there. Apartment floors were dirty and the sheets had pee stains on them. I ended up buying sheets for the bed. Also the toilet was dirty. It didn't seem like it was cleaned good before getting there. Only 3 things I could complain about. Other than that it was overall perfect.

The apartment was well done from inside. The community is decent, not the best or safest communities. It feels like an average community. Parking was available. The sofa was not comfortable to sit, as it had dipped in the middle. One of the lights hanging from the ceiling was hanging by the wire, making it a bit dangerous. Kitchen is very good. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are average. TV and internet connectivity is top class. Quiet place. Close to everything. Costco, Walmart, and Town center is 10-min drive distance.

Pretty good stay. It was nice having 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the place. Only complaint is it was noisy at times but nothing unbearable.

It was all virtual HOWEVER, they were so attentive and communicative whenever I just had questions and even checked in on us via text to make sure my family’s stay was going well! 10/10 my family and I will be back to book again here on future stays in Jacksonville

Our unit did not have any had towels or wash cloths in the bathrooms. The shower in the master bath needs work. There were not televisions in the bedrooms. In the workout room, the tv did not work. No towels were available to wipe off the equipment. We did not know how to contact the property manager.

There’s a few loud neighbors and some pet owners who don’t clean up after their pets but other than that the stay is ok. The apt I reside in smells like cannabis and it’s hard to get the smell out of there. I have candles and air freshener. The communication with the agency over the complex is ok.

Kasa wasn’t a hotel. They did not have staff in Jacksonville. They required pre-entry online identification - uploading photos, but their technology could not read it. They had no plan B and I had to find a hotel at 9:00 p.m after being on the phone with Kasa trying and re-trying many uploads. Places such as Kasa should have very obvious notices on your website about not being in the city of the booking and requiring quite extraordinary prerequisites. Kasa’s appearance as a nirmal hotel on Hotes.com reflects poorly on, and gives me decreased confidence in, Hotels.com, which I’ve used exclusively for > 20 years.
