Furnished house with 5 bedrooms in the upper part with, built-in closets, 4 bathrooms, living room and balconies with hooks for hammocks. On the ground floor there is a further 1 bedroom for people who have difficulty getting around to the upper deck, or even to accommodate another 01 or 02 guests.

Recreation area with swimming pool (more than 100 m², very well cared for, masonry, with cascade and external area of bath, is one of the largest in the region, explendorosa!

Excelente casa! Piscina fantástica! Não conhecemos os donos pessoalmente, mas a Vilma foi muito atenciosa em todos os contatos. O caseiro foi muito prestativo e simpático. Como outras famílias já afirmaram, a casa superou nossas expectativas.

apenas a geladeira da cozinha tem que ser trocada pois so esta gelando o frizer na parte de cima e o chuveiro do banheiro do meia na parte de cima da casa tbm tem que ser trocado pois sai pouca agua no demais tudo de bom !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maravilhosa!

Não tem muito o que dizer quando a casa fala por si só, a estrutura é impecável e a área de lazer sensacional... Os quartos são grandes e arejados, onde te da o conforto como se estivesse em casa. Dona Vilma, que infelizmente não tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer pessoalmente sempre prestativa, desde o primeiro contato. Sr Jailson, sempre com toda descrição, nos deixou bem a vontade, sem nem ao menos percebermos quando ele estava fazendo seus afazeres na casa. Sobre a praia, infelizmente não posso opinar, pois nem cheguei perto da areia. Agradecemos todo o cuidado e cordialidade em nossa estadia, e sem duvidas voltaremos outras vezes!!!!!

Casa Maravilhosa

Gostaria de agradecer pela atenção dos proprietários Mario e Vilma , que infelizmente não conhecemos pessoalmente , mas em toda a negociação foram super atenciosos e presentes , o caseiro Jairson é execente , muito prestativo , atencioso , sempre disponível sem ser invasivo . A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa , super conservada , equipada , tudo funciona e sem falar do extremo bom gosto em todos os aposentos . . A piscina fantástica e muito bem cuidada pelo Jairson , limpíssima e isso todos os dias . Eu recomendo e com certeza voltaremos la muitas vezes . Ah... vale ressaltar : O Jairson tem uma horta ao lado da casa , verduras fresquinhas , sem agrotóxicos a um preço bem legal . Podem alugar sem medo que suas ferias serão maravilhosas .

Perfeicão ! Essa seria a palavra ideal e adequada, para descrever o final de semana. Uma casa totalmente equipada e completa, que oferece total conforto para família ou amigos. Mais uma vez foi fantástico!

No primeiro final de semana de Julho eu e alguns amigos voltamos para a mesma casa que já havíamos comemorado um evento no ano anterior. A casa é enorme, acomodou bem meus amigos e está totalmente equipada. Quando choveu e não pudemos ir a piscina, aproveitamos os outros espaços da casa. A área da churrasqueira é nota 10. O caseiro é muito atencioso sem ser intrusivo. Ficamos bem a vontade para comemorar mais um ano de evento. Muito Obrigado !

Feriado maravilhoso desfrutamos nesta casa sensacional. Encontramos tudo que foi descrito no anúncio.
