Habitación 102 olía feo el drenaje, fui en diciembre no había cobijas en habitaciones. El clima medio viejo raro por qué se veía nuevo el hotel, el personal muy amable, alberca heladisima si va a estar abierta en estas fechas recomendación que tenga calefacción muuuy cerca de las letras de Holbox y de restaurantes y la fiesta

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und hat sehr viel Potential, jedoch war der Pool leer, wir hatten kein warmes Wasser den ganzen Aufenthalt über. Wir wurden ständig vertröstet dass sich darum gekümmert wird aber den Eindruck hatten wir nicht. Unsere Klimaanlage ging auch 2 Tage lang nicht. Und das schlimmste ist die Dämmung. Man hat jede Kleinigkeit draußen gehört, also definitiv nichts für empfindliche Ohren. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech weil das Hotel wie gesagt potential hat.

Si estaba en buenas condiciones, pero no habia caliente y el clima estaba frio, la alberca nunca funciono, habia cucarachas, siendo objetivos para el Precio está bien, este mensaje solo tiene la intension de que majoren solo en estos detalles, si lo recomiedo porque es accesible y bonito.

Assez déçu

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas d’être un 4 étoiles, l’hôtel est idéalement placé et le personnel y est adorable. En ce qui est des infrastructures, la piscine était sale, pour les chambres il ne faut pas compter sur l’isolation car on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue c’est insupportable. Un soir nous avions plus d’eau dans pour se laver ou même juste se brosser les dents. Bref l’hôtel était proche du centre et des plages mais c’est tout.
