DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
After booking and arriving 7 hours later, they did denied using Hotels.com, so had to pay again, 3 months later and I am still in dispute with this hotel and Expedia to try to get some refund from paying twice for the same room, AVOID THIS HOTEL, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS

Front Desk Issue...Missed Flight
I checked in and asked Front Desk bo book a taxi to airport for 7am flight the next morning. They offered and were kind enough to lock my bike box in their office rather than me keeping it in my room. Unfortunately, no one was there at 5am when the taxi arrived to unlock my bike. And no one answered the emergency phone, which is really a security risk. When the same Front Desk person who arranged for the taxi and locked my bike arrived next morning she proclaimed it wasn't her job to open the office. She also stated it wasn't her job to answer the emergency phone. So rude. Missed my flight.

Convenient for town, nice room
Very nice room, large and comfortable, walking distance to the main town centre. Loses a point from my score as the bins hadn't been emptied from the previous occupant, although there is no suggestion that the room hadn't been cleaned other than that.

We had a surprised as the hotel levied a much higher per night rate as advertised by Expedia. The hotel wasn't at all to accommodate despite showing the booking detail with the per rate from Expedia. The hotel supervisor simply pushed the responsibility over to Expedia for the discrepancy.
