The Indy Cottage - Charming bungalow near Mass Ave

The Indy Cottage is a newly renovated home built in 1912! This gorgeous 2 bedroom bungalow is located less than a 5 minutes drive away from the popular Mass Ave area downtown Indianapolis and walking distance to the Kan Kan Cinema and Amelias Bakery. Mass Ave is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and the Bottleworks District! This home has been completely renovated for that luxury feel.


NO CHECK OUT TASKS! Your cleaning fee is included within your reservation.

However, additional cleaning fees will be imposed for the following:
- Rug cleaning is a $20 fee per rug. We kindly ask that you please remove shoes on the rugs!
- Biohazard cleaning such as blood, vomit, feces or urine (pet or human) will inquire a $75 cleaning fee no matter the amount.

Parking is one sided street parking (you must park on the opposite side of the street from The Indy Cottage).

Dogs are welcome to stay for just a small fee of $20 PER STAY (not per day!). Let us know at the time of booking you will be bringing your furry friend. You will be responsible for any damages your pet may cause. Additionally, the side fenced in yard should not be used for potty breaks. Please walk your dog and pick up poop responsibly. We can't wait to host your furry friend!

Unfortunately, cats are not allowed as I am HIGHLY allergic.
