Extenuating Circumstances & Special Cancellation Terms

Very clean/cute apt equipped for all your needs

The host(s) were quick & easy to get ahold of to answer questions. The apt was very clean upon arrival and accommodated with things to make the stay convenient that we didn’t expect (phone chargers in place, several days were of coffee/creamer, a few snacks, etc) which was a nice gesture and special touch for guests. The yard games (ping pong, cornhole) are mini sized which is hard to tell from the pictures. Convenient parking in an assigned spot close to our apt. Short walk (.25mile) from beautiful beaches that were not crowded. Just to be aware and to no fault of the hosts, there were some guests with dogs that barked/whined in the middle of the night because some units allow pets.
