Perfect for family of 3
We both work in tech and needed a week to relax and enjoy family time, with our 8 year old daughter. The house but especially the outdoor living space is amazing - grill, plancha, lap pool, outdoor shower, the views, dining table, landscape etc. The house is well equipped and pool and shower towels were provided. The location worked perfectly - quiet and a 10 minute drive to beaches or town. We spent mornings at different beaches or walking/hiking in Giens and afternoons at home at the pool. Yvan was so helpful - he gave us restaurant recommendations which we followed, and was available if we had questions. Highly recommend and hope we make it back there!

Perfect apartment, super clean and amazing views
We spent a great week in this house. It has wonderful terraces and views. It was super clean and the hosts were super nice and helpful. It was hard to make everyone leave the house to go on any excursions as all everyone wanted to do was hang in the house. If we return to Hyères, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for an amazing week!

The owners of this property were two very lovely gentlemen, who made us feel very welcome & always made sure we were ok and happy. The property itself was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean & tidy and kept to a very high standard. The outside was also exceptional with very good landscaping and the views were amazing! We spent two very happy weeks here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Une belle villa avec vue magnifique
La villa est dans un domaine sécurisé, qui domine la ville hyères et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer et sur l'arrière pays. De conception moderne, type villa d'architecte, elle est très agréable à vivre avec ses terrasses, ses jardins suspendus parfaitement entretenus. La présence des propriétaires est on ne peu plus discrète mais si on a besoin de conseils ou de bonnes adresses ils savent donner les bonnes recommandations qui contribueront à la qualité du séjour. Si nous en avons la possibilité, nous reviendrons.

Beautiful holiday home
The house is great, with the perfect view of Giens , Porquerolles and the ocean. The Pool is very nice, the kids loved it. It looks everything exactly like on the pictures. Yvan and Pascal are very nice. They keep everything around the house clean everyday almost like in a hotel but are very discrete and you hardly see them during the day. So everything you see is for you to use only. There are also many nice beaches in the area (Badine, Pellegrin…).

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Straßen zum Haus sind super und Parkplätze gibt es auch ausreichend. Es gibt sehr viele Treppen, was ggf. für ältere Personen oder Kleinkinder ein Problem sein könnte. Wir waren mit unserem Hund angereist, aber da er Treppen kennt war es kein Problem. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, einzig zu erwähnen uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Vermieter auf dem Grundstück in einem Studio direkt neben dem Pool wohnen. Das steht in den anderen Bewertungen, aber leider nicht in der Beschreibung.

Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub
Genau zwischen der Stadt Hyeres und der Küste ist das Ferienhaus sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles entsprach den Fotos im Inserat und wir haben ein sehr schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes und komplett eingerichtetes Feriendomizil vorgefunden. Die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit und hatten viele nützliche Tipps. Unser Highlight waren die verschiedenen Sonnenterassen und der große Pool. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Een geweldige vakantie. 😎
Onze vakantie was weer een voltreffer. Het huis was piekfijn in orde. Dagelijks werd het zwembad, de terrassen en de handdoeken in orde gebracht. Je hebt de service van een hotel. De eigenaars doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. We zijn nu het derde jaar geweest en volgend jaar gaan we terug. De omgeving is prachtig en het uitzicht magnifiek. Elk jaar leren we plaatsen kennen waar we nog niet geweest zijn. We kijken al uit naar volgend jaar. Bedankt Yvan en Pascal.
