Amazing stay

Looking at the high ratings at trip advisor as well as other online sites, I went in with a very high expectations. Yet, even then, the place still managed to exceed my expectations. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfasts were delicious. We'll definitely opt to stay here again if we come back to Hualien. Highly recommended place to stay!

房間的設計看得出來主人的用心，非常的整潔及舒適。我們入住的是墨爾本房，裡面有一個小客廳是我們非常喜歡的地方，裡面還有一個壁爐，如果冬天去一定非常的舒適，是一個可以跟親朋好友一起聊天的好地方，待在這間小客廳裡大家一定都不想出去玩了。若未來還有機會到花蓮遊玩，還會想要入住喔！

Words can hardly describe how nice it was...

Hualien is just an amazing place to visit in its own right with so many amazing sites to see. But staying at the White Palace B&B while there takes it to a whole new level that words can hardly describe. It feels as if the host and hostess, N**** and C******, adopted our family into theirs and their entire existence in the most genuine way was to ensure our safe arrival, that we enjoyed every moment of our stay, and that all uncertainties and circumstantial inconveniences of our current traveling state were attended to. The place is simply lovely from the entry to the driveway, to the spacious rooms, fresh breakfast area, and tiny details everywhere. I am tempted to ramble on and on about why we had such a great experience but I honestly feel as if it would ruin some of the surprises. I really think it would be better for readers to just trust the stats alone (i.e., perfect 5-star rating by many reviewers) and go and find out for yourselves. I’m not talking about anything ridiculous like money under your pillow or anything but rather just amazing attention to detail and warm sincere attitude with the effort and energy to match. It is just an amazing place to stay and I will go nowhere else in future visits to this area.

Very nice n clean

Owners are very helpful to advise where and how to plan our trip in Hualien. Sheryle's breakfast was served n performed like at a nice Resturant. Very nice n clean room w good size. Elevator is also a big plus too. Will stay here if visit Hualien again.
