  • Enjoy all the character and charm of yesteryear in this magnificent period home built in 1921.
    Ornate ceilings and leadlight windows are tastefully combined with modern comforts.
    Free Wifi & Netflix. Features include 1 bathroom, 2 seperate toilets, one inside one outside. 4 bedrooms with King Bed in Main & 2nd Bedroom. Queen bed in 3rd & King Single in the 4th Bedroom.
    A formal lounge with gas log fire, three other split systems and evaporative cooling throughout the home to ensure comfort all year round.

    A lovely timber kitchen with wall oven, gas hotplates and dishwasher opens to meals/dining area.

    When you visit Compton Manor the whole home is yours to enjoy. Key pick/up drop off is from key safe located at the property. You will be sent all of your check in info including the key safe code prior to stay.

Lovely home, close to everything

We stayed in Danielle's beautiful home for 3 nights at the start of our winter silo art tour. We were worried about being cold but the house was cozy and warm, immaculately clean and well appointed and close to everything we were looking for. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the river bike trail, the silo art and Bonnie and Clyde's pizzas! Many thanks Danielle.

Compton Manor was a beautiful period house, great decor and king size beds. Lots of space in the rear for a bbq ourdoors as well. We walked into town each day and Danielle the owner was really great to deal with. Thankyou for a great stay!

Fabulous place, dog friendly and very clean. Comfortable beds and everything we needed for a lovely stay. They even had dog feed and water bowels available. Fully fenced which was essential.

Compton manor

Traditional home, big front bedrooms and enough space overall for the six of us. Convenient location near our relatives we were visiting.Milk bar a short walk away for morning coffee and they also had tonic later in the day! Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and stay again!

Beautiful but noisy

We absolutely adored this property! It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beds were great, the decor was homey and having the fire on ready for our arrival was heaven. The only thing which was a shame.... the location on the main road and the trucks thundering past at 5am! Can't be helped of course, but something to consider if you're a light sleeper and need your rest. Otherwise, faultless!

Such a great property which completely suited our stay. Close to everything and really well equipped. Having the heaters going when we arrived was greatly appreciated in the cold, and the beds were so comfortable and warm I wished I could have there all day!
