Pops of color will greet you at the entrance and lead pass the warm foyer and into the beach-themed sitting area, the ideal spot for planning the day’s itinerary or just for scrolling through your social media news feed. Tile floors then lead the way to the fully equipped kitchen complete with plenteous cabinetry, and all the fixings needed to make tantalizing, quick and easy vacation meals. A breakfast bar with 3 stools borders the kitchen counter, so be sure to make some cookies and leave them here for everyone to enjoy.

The dining area, with a table and 6 chairs, adjoins the colorful living room, which claims shades of browns and blues. A snug, 4- piece seating group can be found here along with a flat screen TV and two sliders that open to onto the deck. The deck offers a swing, a two chairs, a table and a grill and a lovely landscape view.This unit is an end unit, closest to the pool!

For added convenience there is a powder room also located on the first floor.

Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the washer and dryer alcove. The guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, its own closet and a hall bath, just outside the bedroom. The master is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and private bath.

The Greens area of Shipyard features spacious townhomes with golf views, a short walk/bike ride to the beach, and a private on-site pool. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
