  • STARWOOD is a cozy & peaceful one room cabin above Keuka Lake. Conveniently located 1/2 mile up the hill from Hammondsport. Located on Finger Lakes Wine Trail / Brew Trail. Private outhouse (composting toilet) and outdoor private shower. Clean and setup for couples. OFF THE GRID Glamping at it's finest! NO Electricity or running water, however we have unique options to accommodate a comfortable stay. Please Note: NO LINENS / PILLOWS or TOWELS are provided.
    Examples: Phone Charger, Battery charged CAMPING shower.
    Nice doggies welcome. Nestled on its own 2 very private acres near our home.

Great little cozy cabin near Keuka lake. Off grid but many considerations to make the cabin have all amenities that could be needed. Would stay again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and to celebrate our anniversary. Such a beautiful spot, surrounded by nature, yet close to food/shops. Dave and his wife were the best hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay up here again!

Great getaway -so peaceful!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was perfect for an anniversary getaway. Everything we needed was there. Nothing like sitting under the stars at night and listening to the nighttime sounds from the woods to lull you to sleep. Close to wineries and restaurants!

Starwood is beautiful

This cabin had everything for a glamping trip to escape for some relaxation and peace. It was a great spot to unwind but still close to everything the Keuka lake area and surrounding lakes have to offer. I felt comfortable and secure on the property traveling alone.

Cute, quiet and comfortable

This tiny little cabin was perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy some quiet time and nature. It is close to town and plenty of places to visit and explore. The host was very friendly and checked in occasionally to see if you needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get away to Nature

The amazing weekend getaway at your cabin and your gracious hospitality was exactly what we needed! We really appreciate all of the handy suggestions and recommendations - they filled our days with lots to do. Great stay!

For a cabin, it was very very nice! The hosts make it feel very homie and offer many amenities for being a cabin without electric or water. Plenty of water was provided via jugs and containers, and flashlights, and a fan were provided for hot weather. There was plenty of space for us to walk around and for our dog to roam. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Place

I was enchanted by the way this beautiful cabin was surrounded by woods and woodland creatures. I loved sitting on the porch and watching birds, deer, chipmunks, and dragon flies. The green trees and view of the lake were soothing. I appreciated the hot shower, hot tea, and twinkling lights. Glamping at its finest!

Starwood Cabin - Keuka Cabins

Keuka Cabins Starwood cabin is an amazing place to stay while in FLX. It is dog friendly with your very own hiking trails right outside your cabin door. Our hosts Dave and JoAnn were kind, helpful and had incredible knowledge of the area. Keuka Cabins Valet service was a great addition to our stay in the area. They offer excursions to all of the best local wineries, breweries, distilleries and just about anywhere else you would want to go. Want to see the sights with a local guide? Dave is the go to person in the area. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Keuka Cabins and will be back again next season. Thanks again Dave & JoAnn! Thanks again Dave & JoAnn!

Very relaxing and pleasant getaway

It was a perfect getaway for a couple of days at the Starwood cabin. The property is well maintained and many necessities are provided on site. I was not expecting that. Dave and his wife are wonderful hosts. They had a perfect balance between being available and letting us have our peace/quiet. The location is close to everything in that region. A few great vineyards, the town of Hammondsport, and the lake are within very short and scenic driving distance. It took us a bit to get used to the toilet, but for a rustic experience, it was more than adequate. We were surprised how quiet and peaceful this place was being only 0.6 miles from downtown Hammondsport. Starry nights are magical either from the front porch or when sitting around the campfire. The cabin does not have a solid door, which can be an adjustment for a city dueler like myself. It is not a safety or privacy concern, just a mental adjustment. Overall, we had an outstanding stay (5 stars) at the Starwood cabin. Hope to return next summer.

The property is beautiful and secluded. It is on a hill that overlooks the lake. It is very quiet and relaxing. The front porch chairs where very comfortable to sit on and take in the views.

We had the best time at Starwood cabin! They had everything you could think of to make our stay great. They even provided a space heater since it had started to drop in temperature at night. It was truly a peaceful and relaxing getaway weekend. Close to all the hiking trails, wineries and honestly we loved the place so much we stayed the majority of the time at the cabin making fires, cooking dinner and enjoying the views it had to offer.
