Oceanfront Beach House sleeps 10 is on a private treed nature reserve. The perfect spot for a nice family getaway, golf trip or just to recharge from the stress of the city. Guests love the renovated post and beam home with great room design, country kitchen with granite counters and new stainless appliances, high end beds and sheets, multiple TV's and nicely chosen furnishings rarely found in nearly all the budget minded sunshine coast rentals. Amazing views from three decks with covered gazebo, outdoor dining table, hot tub ($95 to have serviced before your stay), gas grill and fire pit (guests fill propane as needed) and large private yard no where near the busy sunshine coast highway like most. This charmer on a private estate has the most incredible ocean views and located in a neighborhood that has the sunshine coast's best parks, walking paths and "Welcome Woods" convenience and liquor store (1/2 a mile away). Golfing in nearby Sechelt or Roberts Creek and boat rentals at nearby Secret Cove. With great restaurants in nearby Sechelt. COMFORTABLE INTERIOR The cottage has a new country kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wide plank flooring and a wood burning fireplace. UNBEATABLE LOCATION Centrally located 10 minutes from Sechelt in one of the best neighborhoods available, nowhere near the highway like 90% available. Safe for the kids with great family activities! Great Autumn get away.
We were looking for a beautiful water view, fireplace for cool evenings and a bbq for a family prepared dinner. We got all of that plus fabulous cozy bedrooms, lots of space on the property and in the house, a well appointed kitchen and a hot tub with a view of the water. Thanks Robin for answering our questions so quickly. We definitely recommend this property and hope to be back someday. Barbara and Doug

Quite a view, but careful on the deck and stairs
The inside is not as immaculate as it appears in the pictures. It's more of a cabin-feel. Lots of room, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The outside view was even better than the pictures. Simply stunning all the time, and the beach below is a gem. However, the stairs down to that beach are really quite dangerous if they are at all wet. The dining area deck at the waterfront is also dangerous as there is a stepdown right at the dining table that is set up there, and the step is hard to see in the evening, with no lighting or paint color change to call it out. We had a significant accident at that step. Property maintenance is lacking. You need to be prepared to change light bulbs and get propane, and sweep out the debris on the decks. There are, however, a lot of decks and a lot furniture out there, which is nice. The hot tub is older but is well maintained, but you need to use it before 9pm due to the noise ordinance in the area.

Stunning Views
Absolutely Amazing view!!!! Great deck to enjoy your morning coffee and relax! The 9 flights of stairs to the beach was a lot with kids but you can drive a short distance to the beach. The beach by the property was very rocky so not good for kids there. There is a section along the back of property by the deck that isnt fenced so that was a safety issue for us since we had yound kids and it was very high up on a hill. Our hot tub wasn't cleaned until the second day we were there when we did pay the 95 dollar cleaning fee... Overall we had a great time and we were all really impressed by the view.
