Open plan living area with full kitchen, fridge freezer,washing machine, and smart TV in the lounge. Ideal for family/groups of friends, with Patio & BBQ. Masses to do on the Devon/Cornwall border with both Bodmin Moor & Dartmoor 10-30 mins drive & North & South Coasts for both counties within 40 mins drive. Plymouth is just 25 mins. lots of local pretty villages with Inns & NT house Cotehele just 5 mins by car.

Central location

This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8.

New year

We stayed for new year and have a great time the only thing I would say it when we arrived the lodge was cold and a little damp would have been nice to come into some warmth. Once we left heaters on for a while it warmed up. Pool was great, good in the pub was delicious all round we had a great time

Comfortable with good facilities

Cottage was perfect for our family. Tracy was great, easy to communicate with. Location is central to lots for great sites. Dog friendly. We made great use of the pool. Would return.

Great

Great holiday lovely weather. The only downside was wfi which really inconvenient. Kept having to walk shop to get wfi to plan outings and having kids with no wfi .wouldn't stay again as the holiday house smelt ready damp left one day earlier.

Super stay

Great holiday home and very helpful host who really goes the extra mile for those staying at her holiday home. Whether its nice little touches like eggs, milk and jam to get your holiday started or prompt responses with your enquiries. Its 5 stars all the way.
