Colonnades 1503 - 15th Floor Gulf-Front Condo with Epic Views & Laid-Back Vibes!

***Enjoy a stay at The Colonnades at a special rate during an upcoming balcony project. Contact our local team for the best available deal!

Starting on September 3, 2024, this project is expected to continue through December, with the possibility of extending into January 2025, depending on weather conditions. The work includes resurfacing balcony decks and replacing railings, which will make balconies on the south side of the property inaccessible. During this period, the pool and pool deck will also be closed. Please be aware that there will be times of loud noise, especially when work is being done on the balconies.

This condo was awesome! It is a beautiful condo. We highly recommend it. The only bummer was you had to rent chairs for the beach, that was expensive. So we went and bought some chairs.

Came on vacation with two other families . This place had a beautiful view and came well equipped with several kitchen items. Have stayed at The Colonnades several times but never in this unit. I gave my overall stay a 3 star because of the sleeping arrangements . I don’t think I’ve ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed and unfortunately all four beds were the same quality. The linens were not nice or comfortable . When you’re paying this much for a week long stay, a good nights rest is important ! Communication was great between the owner/ manager as I messaged them about internet issues and they messaged back super quick and had it fixed !
