The living room features balcony access, creating a bright and inviting space to relax, along with a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dining table, making mealtime easy and convenient.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a built-in vanity area with a sink. Both bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A washer and dryer in the unit adds extra convenience during your stay.

Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, Beachcomber 9 provides the comfort and essentials for a relaxing beach escape.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Pros: nice full kitchen and in unit washer and dryer , nice layout and ammenties in condo and ice cold air conditioning and fairly comfy king size bed . As well as perfect location ,corner unit closest to beach plus top floor .Cons: the parking , multiple times throughout this trip other people from the other units were parked in our only parking spaces with no spot for us to park a vehicle nor have guests come over from the rest of ours group , property was notified multiple times with no resolution. The tv is direct tv and it rains a lot it gulf shores , every rain “basically the only time your inside on a beach vacation” the internet and tv would not work during these times .Overall : amazing property for the price , two little hiccups still makes this place an amazing deal , and great vacation listing!
