This modern luxury 3BR, 3.5BA three story townhome is centrally located to downtown Greenville (1 mile from Main Street). Where you will find easy access to a plethora of fine dining and boutique shopping.

Whether you are in town for business, pleasure, or just a few days of R&R, you will have all the comforts of home available to you in this beautifully decorated townhome.

First Floor: Includes Bedroom 3 (2 Twin beds) and an en suite bathroom with tub/shower, door entry from the street parking and enclosed garage that has exterior access for your car.

Second Floor: Fully stocked Kitchen with gas stove and oven, Drip coffee maker, Keurig and Tea Pot. Dining table for 6, and bar seating for 4. Washer, dryer and ironing board. Living area with 60” smart TV. Small deck with a couple chairs and table. Powder room off the Living area

Third Floor: Includes Bedroom 2 (Queen Bed) and en suite bathroom with tub/shower. Two closets for clothes and storage. Across the hall you will find the Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1 – King Bed) and en suite bathroom complete with double vanities and a large walk in shower. Large walk in closet with a Pack ‘n Play. 50” Smart TV.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and all areas were set up with all necessities. The kitchen was wonderful!!! It had a nicely stocked coffee bar, nice & clean appliances and plenty of cookware & dishware. Had great communication with the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Great stay in Greenville

Our family of 4 stayed here over winter break. This place is perfect! It’s clean, has all essentials, and John was great to work with. If we come back to Greenville, we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful townhouse

Great location close to downtown. Nice layout and the host are super thoughtful, snacks, coffee bar etc. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Just a great place overall. Also close to Lewis BBQ, go there you will not be disappointed. Will definitely stay here again when traveling with the family.

Perfect for our Family!

Our family came to Greenville to enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and wanted a place where we could safely store our bikes while we explored the area when not on the trail. This property was perfect for us! It was spacious and so expertly clean! Communication with the property manager was quick and thorough. We would certainly stay here again!

This VRBO was wonderful, exactly how it was described and photographed. The location was within a quick drive or walk on a nice day. The owner was very quick to respond. Thoughtful extras of water, snacks and Kcups were a great touch! I’d definitely stay again!

Great Location, Perfect for our Stay

Girls Trip

The pictures of the townhouse on VRBO were exactly what we found when we arrived. The townhouse was immaculate, very comfortable for a 3 girl get together. It was a perfect location…close to downtown and Unity Park and not more than 20 minutes from the airport, Travelers Rest and Paris Mountain State Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
