Morning starts quietly here. Coffee is poured at the full coffee bar while soft light moves across the fairways just beyond the windows, setting the pace for a day that begins slowly and comfortably.
The home’s great room naturally becomes the center of the stay. Seating areas invite long conversations, board games, or relaxed afternoons watching the light shift across the golf course views. The open kitchen with island seating keeps meals and gatherings connected, allowing everyone to move easily between cooking, dining, and conversation.
Outdoor living expands across two levels. The upper deck features lounge seating arranged for conversation along with a Traeger pellet grill for outdoor cooking and evening meals overlooking the course. The lower patio creates a second gathering space with seating surrounding a gas fire pit, offering a comfortable place to unwind after time on the lake or golf course.
Bedrooms are arranged to provide privacy at the end of the day while shared living areas continue to draw everyone back together, balancing quiet retreat with time spent as a group.
Located within Reynolds Landing at Lake Oconee, the home provides convenient access to lake activities, golf, dining, and local services while maintaining the relaxed setting that defines this part of Lake Country.

MAX of 10 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME.
No outside speakers
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the parking spaces at the front of the home.
No more than 4 cars allowed.
NO parking outside of parking spaces.
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking of anything inside the house.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.

Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Greene County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
