Make yourself at home in this bright and newly renovated semi-detached house with a modern garden,which is perfect for guests wanting to rest in a private, quiet place. This warm and spacious house is ideal for business trips, long term stay, families or couples. Also,for those who want to explore the beach side of the city. While staying you can visit Sea Life aquarium, discover the view of the city from Wellington Wheel, or enjoy a family BBQ on our lovely terrace.

Cozy house has 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds and 1 single-bed and a big sofa in the living room that transform into double bed, so perfect for those with extra guests. Feel relaxed in the bright and spacious living room which is connected to the dining room area to make sure there is space for a nice family dinner. A modern fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine ensures a comfortable stay with no worries.

Have a cozy outdoor time in the spacious and modern garden with a cup of fresh coffee as the property contains a coffee machine, or have a nice BBQ evening.

Parking is free on the street around the area.
