The area has lots of hidden gems; great food, fun and shopping. Located 30 minutes from I-40 and 25 minutes to Altus. 15 minutes South to Blair for excellent food! The house is super cute and had everything we needed. It is close to Quartz where our son was staying for an Arts Camp. It is a quiet area, close to a park for young children to play at. Very safe area. Owners were very kind and answered any questions I had. Definitely will look for this house again when in that area.
