Mein Zimmer war viel zu klein UND hatte keinen Balkon. Ich denke, dieses Zimmer habe ich bekommen, weil ich über Expedia gebucht hatte. Wenn das Personal über mich sprach, hieß es immer: "Die von Expedia." Alllerdings sind auch die Doppel- und Dreierzimmer nicht geräumig. Für mich haben die Unterkünfte eher Hostel- als Hotelcharakter. Gut ist in der Tat das Frühstücksbüffet: reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Das Personal ist abgesehen vom Chef sehr freundlich. Gefallen hat mir der unkomplizierte Fahrradverleih. Und zu einem der wenigen freien Strände sind es nur 3 Minuten mit dem Rad.

Albergo nel complesso bello, abbiamo avuto camera al primo piano nuova. Purtroppo la camera era attrezzata per disabili e quindi doccia non aveva le paratie con il disagio che l’acqua riempiva il bagno... essendo anche poi al piano terra non vi erano finestre ma solo una porta con vetri oscurati. Letto molto comodo

Hotel pulito in zona tranquilla

Hotel pulito, ben tenuto e in zona tranquilla ma con scarsissima attenzione verso il cliente. Intanto per cominciare avevo cercato di contattare la struttura il giorno prima del mio arrivo per chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio. Per tutta la giornata non rispondeva nessuno oppure rispondeva una ragazza straniera che capiva pochissimo l'italiano, mi ha fornito il cellulare del titolare che però non ha mai risposto al telefono. Anche durante il soggiorno nessuna informazione ed attenzione rivolta al cliente. Personale pressochè inesistente durante il pomeriggio e alla sera o che parlava solo inglese... peccato che Grado si trovi in Italia. Per due giorni abbiamo parcheggiato in strada. Quando abbiamo chiesto di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile, come previsto, ci è stato concesso quasi con riluttanza perchè aspettavano altri clienti... come se noi non lo fossimo. La sensazione, spiacevole, è stata quella che ci fosse una maggior attenzione verso i clienti stranieri, peraltro la maggioranza, che verso di noi. Buona la colazione. Nulla da ridire sulla pulizia della stanza e del bagno peccato che fossero di dimensioni assai ridotte. Fortunatamente siamo una coppia di struttura minuta, una persona leggermente in sovrappeso non avrebbe potuto usufruire del bagno e della doccia perchè non ci sarebbe entrato. Nel complesso non siamo stati male ma neanche troppo bene, per fortuna il soggiorno è stato breve.
