The property was in a good location, minutes to the beach and transport links. Sharon communicated quickly and the whole place was very friendly. Would definately stay here again.
Location, location, location!!! Perfectly positioned near a tram stop, ideal balcony for lounging as you take in the stunning views! Incredibly comfortable accommodation, exceptional consideration by the host, everything you need already in place!!!
The unit is remarkable in a great location. Close to the tram making it easy to explore the surrounding area without relaying on a rental car. The view is phenomenal with a huge balcony! Great to relax on or open the doors and let the sea breeze flow into the apartment.

Well positioned, nice view. Tram station right out front that takes you to all the popular spots. Really well maintained for age of building. Lovely host with great communication. Even provided tram cards for us to use, we only had to top them up to go.
Very well appointed apartment in central location with stunning views.Easy walking distance to beach , eateries & attractions with added convenience of tram stop just outside building.We did experience excessive noise from Penthouse above a few times but body corporate & security dealt with Quickly and host outlines this on welcome letter in apartment.Excellent communication from host and also welcoming gift of chocolates & wine was a nice touch.

For 5 nights I enjoyed the great view, express lift, clean apartment, comfy bed, good air con, cold fridge, tiled pool & lovely garden setting with bbq area.
This owner clearly loves their sub-penthouse unit & it has been updated (kitchen, vanity, shower, floors).
A pleasant surprise is the over 700 items in the Library (up some stairs from the Lobby).
Very convenient access to the light rail, beach. Cafes & restaurants across the road & convenience stores, one with liquor.
Beautiful stay, amazing view. Everything was perfect. Location and access to tram is ideal, we will be back

Great location, incredible view (I have stayed in a lot of very nice hotels and that is probably up there with one of the best views I have ever had).
Love that Sharon has invested in a great quality couch, and a good TV with its own Netflix account.
Kitchen was fully equiped.
Private with solid walls - Stayed over new years and barely heard a peep from the neighbours.
I would recommend.
Great place to stay, fantastic view, very convenient location, very helpful hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful apartment. Host was lovely and so many extra items avalible if you needed them. View was amazing parking very secure. We will be coming back
The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to most places in town. We enjoyed our time in Gardiner as a home base for visiting the north side of Yellowstone. The Yellowstone Hot Springs, white water rafting, and horseback riding were great additions to our time in Gardiner. The host was great to work with and the home was comfortable.
Excellent location, great ocean view, easy commute, very comfortable apartment. Sharon and Jeff are very nice and friendly. Great stay, would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Experience
The property is ver well located and maintained and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We plan on returning to Gold Coast and plan on staying here. Everything we needed was in the unit and the views from the balcony were exceptional.
This apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, well appointed kitchen, nice living area and a great view. Communication with the host was easy. The only problem was our stay was too short! We plan to be back soon.
Fabulous apartment with spectacular views. Everything has been provided for a relaxing stay in the apartment. Communication from Sharon from the point of booking through to departure was outstanding and Sharon was a great host always available and willing to help us when needed. We were fortunate to be offered an early check in which was a bonus to our short stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.
We really enjoyed our stay at the sub penthouse. It is in a really good location, tram stop is right out the front of the property and the beach is about a 2 minute walk. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment was tidy and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials. Sharon was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying at this sub penthouse, it made our stay at the Gold Coast a memorable one. We will definitely be visiting again.
It’s a lovely little place with everything you need, it’s on a tram spot and beach access is great, a nice beach walk north or south to great cafes and shops. The view is amazing.
There are a just a few little things to mention, it’s a little noisy, the road noise and sirens can be intrusive while we slept and the noise from the unit above, the bed mattress needs updating and the water pressure while we were there was not great.
Apartment was clean and very airy and bright, except the bathroom- could use some brighter lights, and more bath towels and face clothes. Bring your own shampoo/rinse. Had hairdryer. Kitchen was clean some packs of coffee/sugar S/P but that was it. Dated appliances but we only stayed 3 nights so wasn't an issue. Could use sharper cutting knives as well as steak knives. Underground parking was safe. Wash and dryer in unit was nice, bring your own soap and dryer sheets3 issues though-- 1) downstairs neighbour smoked so it billowed into our unit(we loved the fresh air but not the stink. 2) Huge new building being erected right across the street so quite noisy in the daytime but by 5pm was quiet except the odd motorbike. 3) no plugs beside the bed to plug phones in. Longer extension cord on either side would solve this nicely. Over all we had a great time, there were beach chairs and towels to use for the beach, which was nice. Beach was about a 5 minute walk and easy walk to downtown district. Thanks again Bob and Linda from Canada
