No.1 Pinot Modern Cottage Heart of the Geneva Vineyards

Our cottage features a private keypad entrance, large living space with a dining table, kitchenette, 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed (with 1 en-suite full bathroom), 1 king bed, 2nd full bath and private patio area. *Please note: our bathrooms are small but they are beautiful! The kitchen features a double induction burner, small oven/air fryer/toaster combo, coffee maker, small refrigerator and water drinking dispenser. The unit has an electric fireplace, wireless internet and Wifi enabled app based flat screen TV's in the main living space as well as both bedrooms.

It's the perfect getaway for couples or small families seeking a peaceful escape. Relax by our waterfall pond and fire pit, take in the panoramic views, horse farm across the street, explore over 20 nearby wineries (closest vineyard 1 mile), local golf courses (Hemlock Springs-1mile), hiking trails or explore the covered bridges and downtown antique shops. Lake Erie and Geneva on the Lake are only 7 miles North.

Night away with sisters

This property is even more amazing in person! The unit was decorated beautifully with the most comfortable couch, chairs and beds. It had everything you needed and more! The location was great to visit wineries in the area. The hosts were the best, extremely kind and accommodating and communication was a breeze! We will definitely be back again to enjoy this gem!

Wedding at Running Horse Farm

What a lovely place. Better than the pictures. Nice to feel at home when away from home. Air conditioning worked great. Strong WiFi. Very accommodating hosts. Perfect location for a wedding at Running Horse.
