Villa with beautiful Vista of Winter Park

This place was everything advertised and more. We felt right at home with all the amenities. The view was fantastic looking over winter park and seeing the mountains in the distance. Located on a culdesac which made it very quiet and made us fee completely safe. Will do again

Great Stay-Great Host

We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park, and found Winter Park Escapes to be a great host! We had a couple of very small issues with our rental home, and when we called for help they had service people out almost immediately. Not to mention a follow up call later in the day to make sure we were happy with everything--100% top notch and great customer service.

Nice family holiday

The property is as advertised and the photos are representative. The neighborhood was nice and the construction was not loud nor bothersome. We did have a few issues, the main issue being the heater was broken. We called property management and space heaters were provided that evening. It took numerous phone calls and coordination with the repair company over the course of 3 days for heater to be repaired. Two smoke alarms were beeping due to low battery upon check in, we were able to change the batteries quickly ourselves. The property had everything we needed, including sleds which the kids enjoyed! Plenty of space for the family and 3-1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus. Overall nice place and responsive management.

Fabulous time

This unit is great, being on the end you get extra windows in the dining area which means more light and more windows to help cool the house down. The garage is large and has storage area for your toys. A+ for the cleaning crew, appreciate their detail. This is a quiet street in late August/Sept and we never had neighbors on either side - when we were on the deck with the incredible view there was no one to be seen (accept for those enjoying the trail which runs just feet from your outdoor space). Being dog friendly sealed the deal for us - really love bringing the entire family.

Wonderful Winter Escape!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay! Quiet neighborhood, clean chalet, and plenty of room for all of us are just a few of our favorite parts of the condo. Kitchen is well stocked (utensils, cookware, and spices), beds are comfortable, hot tub was perfect after a ski day, garage was nice to keep our car warm, loved having a washer and dryer, and media room was fun to watch movies and TV (and cozy with the Love Sac!) Check in and out were easy too! Our only complaint (and I use that loosely!) was the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs doesn't have privacy and whoever sleeps in there will wake up with whoever gets up first. (No door) With teenagers it wasn't that big of a deal, but could see it making a difference with adults or different families sharing the chalet. That being said we LOVED our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nice accommodation convenient to Winter Park

Checkin and checkout were seamless. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was clean and hot and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the neighborhood trail located behind the property. This property checked all the boxes. Some things to consider: We had a group of seven adults. The living room didn't comfortably fit the entire group for socializing. The layout of the property is included in the listing, but I didn't absorb the the bunk bed room was open to the upstairs via the staircase and that guests staying in the other lower level rooms are walking through the bunk room to go upstairs, the hot tub or the common bathroom. This could be an issue for privacy or if you are trying to put kids to bed in this room while others are still up.

106 Lookout point

This house was good for our trip. everything was very clean and ready for our use. Especially loved the size of the garage as we were able to park our lifted truck and yukon both in with ease. the only drawback was in relation to the inconsistency of the temp in the house. the downstairs stayed very cold during out stay while the upstairs was comfortable. We've used Winter park escapes a couple of times now and the homes have been great. The only other knock I would give is in relation to the Xplorie stuff. its just too difficult to use. It would be great if there would be an automatic link or discount code to use rather than having to call Xplorie in order to book everything on the list.

Stunning mountain villa

We stayed here with our two teenagers and this layout was perfect for a getaway; it gave us spaces for family time but also time for space. The view is amazing from each bedroom, and it was sad to drive back to flat Kansas after waking up to the views daily. We will be returning.

Winter stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at rendezvous. The communication and coordination was great… The space was nice and equipped with many of the essential kitchen items one would need. The main level living space wasn’t quite as large as the pictures make it look, which was fine (but would be my only drawback). Overall really enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed the movie room and hot tub!

Terrific place and good management

Have stayed at a number of places in Winter Park and in Rendezvous in particular, and this stood above the others. The view of the town and ski mountain is terrific, and it was a great layout for families. Winter Park Escapes was very responsive to a minor mechanical issue that we had. Highly recommend!

Amazing Views

Having a cup of coffee on the deck watching the sun rise was just amazing! My 3 kids loved playing in the movie room and their favorite part was the hot tub. The kitchen was great with very nice appliances for making dinner every night and plenty of dishes for the 7 of us.

Winter Park

The house, the location, the property were all grade A. No complaints with this property. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one ranks at the top. Winter Park is a great location for a summer get away, the temps are perfect. Enjoyed immensely.

Great view with awesome walk into town

Wonderful Place. Great Views.

This is a townhome. I was under the impression it was a single family cabin by the listing. That being said, it is still a wonderful home. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. It is in a great location. It is in a small neighborhood (with other townhomes) but backs up to woods with trails out the back door. Located down the street to Winter park. The only complaints I would have about this stay is that there is a lot of new construction happening around the home. The "beep beep beep" from the construction vehicles started every morning at 6:30. Also, if we didn't wake from the construction vehicles, we woke to the attached neighbor's baby. If you are an early riser anyways, this place is perfect for convenience, amenities and beauty. Loved our stay (other than the annoying wake up calls).

Relaxing Mountain Vacay

This place was spot on, the listing couldn't have been more accurate. We were pleased with everything the property and neighborhood offered during our stay. The home was beautiful and well equipped with anything we needed. The space was great and just perfect for our family of 5, allowing everyone their "own space" as needed. The views from the back of the house were gorgeous and relaxing on the deck (or the hot tub) was one of my favorite spots! The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals and store leftovers, including coffee for the first morning as I hadn't had the chance to go to the store the night of arrival. Plenty of towels as well as hot tub towels were available as well. We spent a couple of nights cozy on the couch with the fireplace while the kiddos were downstairs in the movie room. Almost on a daily basis we would head out on some trails which are literally in the backyard with easy access from the property - you can go for MILES on these trails with a lot of fun interesting things to explore for all ages. The one thing I wish it did have was a TV in the master bedroom. Not a deal breaker, but more of a "what I am used to" amenity. We went into neighboring towns Winter Park, Granby and Idaho Springs. They all had something to offer us whether it was shopping and eating in Winter Park and Granby or Ziplining in Idaho Springs.

Great dog friendly house

Very spacious and well equipped house. Beautiful views and there is a great cross country ski/ snowshoe/hiking trail right out the back door. Hot tub was lovely. Only reason for the lower star rating was that the duvet cover in the master had clearly not been laundered but that was easy to fix with the washer and dryer on site. Also the heat is a bit uneven in the house with the downstairs being much cooler than up and the master bedroom being quite warm. Would definitely stay again, though.

Perfect for a small family!

This townhouse is great! My wife and I drove from Denver with our two kids (5 & 2) and dog. The spacious garage made arriving & unloading the car easy. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The kids loved the media room, bunk beds, and selection of toys. My dog loved the trail access just outside the back door. My wife and I loved the large quiet master suite, the kitchen fully stocked with dishes & cookware, and “just right” size of the place. This is the perfect size for a family of 4-6.
