Hotel staff is on strike and they informed us that room cleaning will not be provided for a week. Also restaurants and bars in the hotel are closed. We purchased free breakfast but hotel did not honor it. Also, they informed us that these things are expected when we book from a travel website(!) They were telling us at every issue that bookings should not be made with a travel website. It was a terrible week. They did not even give us little coffee packs to drink in the room or change our bed for one full week. Hotel is basically empty. 3 people at the reception and they tell us that since there is no one, we should not expect service. Even rooms keys do not work, we had to go downstairs 4 times in a week to get working keys. Never ever will visit Movenpick Frankfurt, ever again!!!! Stay away from Frankfurt City Movenpick everyone! Any hotel with staff is worth it.

Position of hotel perfect for exhibition centre (Messe), 5 minutes walk and one minute walk from Skyline Plaza shopping mall. 20 minutes walk (5/6 minutes by Taxi) from Hauptbanhof. Very nice spacious reception area and very good bar and restaurant. Rooms adequate, bed and pillows desperately uncomfortable.

When I checkin reception was very friendly checked! Came to Room it was used Bed sheets and not ready room was! I called housekeeping they changed the bed sheets I waited and the room! After a long Fliight I was tired! Not sleeper no theeth brush no soap when I asking housekeeper the told me come to reception take it please! It was no service! Breakfast was so nice!
