Sleeping up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds, a queen bed, queen bunk beds, and a queen sofa bed and 2.5 baths. It’s built for big families and group getaways. Cool off in your private heated pool, soak up sun on the rooftop deck, and fall asleep to Gulf breezes. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a movie night, this marvelous home is a perfect retreat for beach days, sunsets, and memories with people you love. Please treat the home as your own: no shoes on furniture, and remove sand before entering. Please do not store fresh-caught fish (or other catch) in the refrigerator or freezer. Odors are very difficult to remove from appliances and can affect future guests.
ABSOLUTLEY - No jumping off balconies
Pavers and exterior decks can become very hot — please wear footwear outdoors
To avoid smoke stains on the ceiling, please move the BBQ grill out from under the house before using it and put it back when you're done. We really appreciate your care!
Turtle season protocols: exterior lights must stay off after dark and pool lights off after 9:00 PM (May–October) to protect nesting sea turtles

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather all used towels and leave them in guest bath tub. Trash pickup is Thursday/trash in black cans/recycle in blue can. If Wednesday checkout, please roll all cans to the curb before leaving.
