Enjoy lounging in a well-curated retreat surrounded by lush plant life. This single-story home is designed with an eye for luxury, though you won't run out of spaces to relax (better claim a spot on the living room's corner sofa right away). Indoor/outdoor living is perfect with a living-room style furnished patio in the backyard. That's to say nothing of the relaxing outdoor pool with plenty of poolside lounge seating. The grill master of the group will be happy with the private gas grill setup. Inside, the full kitchen includes a deluxe kitchen island that houses a wine fridge and provides space for three guests to enjoy lunch - add in the double oven and French door fridge and you have a fun cooking space.

This home is all one floor, so anyone who has trouble with stairs will still be able to find a comfortable place to rest. The first set of bedrooms lie just to the right when you walk through the door, past the kitchen - the first bedroom (with two beds) is all set up for younger guests with extra seating, and easy proximity to the full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom (just across the hall) has a private entrance to the poolside deck, as well as an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Don't miss the third bedroom in the middle of the hall - this room's sofabed means that it can be used as a bedroom or a separate lounge space. At the direct opposite end of the home, the spacious fourth (and main bedroom) features two windows that let in plenty of natural light and a gorgeous en suite bathroom that features double sinks, a standalone shower, and intricate tile and stonework. Every single bedroom includes a mounted TV and a ceiling fan for maximum guest comfort.

Deerfield Beach is just under one-and-a-half miles away, so you'll within an easy drive of sandy beach fun. Enjoy the view from the Deerfield International Fishing Pier! For a change of pace, walk through the natural beauty of Butterfly World just over eight miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
