Birthday Get Away

My stay at this property was overall amazing. Very peaceful and super comfortable. I highly recommend this place for couples families friends! You will not be disappointed.

ROACHES

When we checked into the property, we saw roaches crawling on the walls and ants on the kitchen countertops. I contacted the host regarding this issue and he said “I’m still sleeping, can we take care of this tomorrow”. We left the property and booked hotel rooms instead. The property manager said he was refund us for the stay but then it became a back and forth with the property manager and VRBO. I will stop using VRBO, their customer service does not protect the customers and two properties I’ve rented from have been infested with roaches. VRBO, do better on your hygiene and cleanliness standards.
