Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview

Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview

8/10 Good
"There is a disconnect between hotel policies and the effort to serve guests by a friendly staff . We paid cash along with a “ fully underwritten” credit card and the cash portion created major problems . The handling of cash was apparently against policy and if one used cash, even with a full credit underwriting checking out was almost impossible until a room “sign off “ from housekeeping on the physical status of vacated room was complete . On a positive note - the “view “ from the two rooms both “first class “ . Restaurant selection varied with good quality and efficient friendly service . Although, the top of the hotel steak house pricing would make a New York City 4/5 star hotel envious Staff are great with many semi retired and early in their career personnel eager to please the guests .successfully"

10/10 Excellent
"The Americana is a great option if you want the water-park experience but you don't want to spend Great Wolf prices. We got a suite with 2 queen beds and bunk beds. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. The location is close to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, shopping and a grocery store. I felt happy and safe there and so did My kids and my senior parents. Very good experience. My only criticism is that parking was extra, $25 per day but I have a feeling every hotel does this now."

"A nice, clean hotel in an excellent location for a Niagara Falls experience. Nothing overly fancy or special, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and convenient, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was shallow, which was perfect for the kids. The breakfast buffet was also great, affordable, convenient, and honestly a better option than going out for breakfast and paying higher prices while waiting in long lines"
