"Staff was amazing no matter what we needed no matter what time I asked for it they delivered. Nice to come into a hotel with nice smiling faces and polite people who are willing to help hotel was a 38 minute walk from the Falls but across the street was the way go bus, which was very helpful for $16 a pass per person. You could use it for 24 hours."

"I continue to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, proximity to great amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service I consistently receive. During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
