"We have enjoyed this hotel since the years that it was known as Embassy Suites. We have always been fortunate enough to book an upper floor room with a good view. Rooms are generally well kept and quiet (except for the lovely sound of the roaring falls--nice with the window open, and soothing with the window closed for sleep). Staff have always been professional. We are not "Clifton Hill" style folks (many are, and that's fine for them), so we are glad to be several blocks removed. We love the access to the falls via the incline just steps away. When it was Embassy Suites, we were often able to find more reasonable rates via promotions and last minute deals and with breakfast promotions. Now that it is Hyatt, pricing deals and promotions are much harder to come by. We will return, but not as often as we used to."

"We stayed for one night to visit the falls. Our room in the north tower had a decent view of the Canadian falls 🇨🇦. 15-20 minute walk to the falls. The room was nice and also clean!"

"This was a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The property inside and out was clean. I loved how much room the bunk bed room had in it. The kids loved having their own area. The location is in a wonderful spot and makes it easily to walk to everything going on. Our only complaint is that you have to spep up pretty high to get into the bathroom. There's a sign that says watch your step before going in, but not coming out. My husband forgot about the step coming out and fell. He did something to his foot and had a hard time walking. So just watch out for that step!"
