"Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay."

"This was a great family gateway that made us all remember and think of our caribbean beaches back in Venezuela. Kudos to Tom and all the staff for their amazing customer service and attention to details. They were all very friendly and helpful to make our stay better. The only draw back is that the units don't have A/c unit and it was very very hot during the night even with all fans turned on. Tom mentioned they were working on that, and hopefully it'll be addressed for next summer."

"Great staff, nice clean property. Only big negative was $70 plus tax for self parking. Seems overly excessive. Great view from fallsview room."

"The bath tub wasnt cleaned properly. Normally Id freak out but the lady was so sweet and kind. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the room was huge. I thought we were getting 2 double beds, we opened the door to 3 double beds, something Ive never seen before. It was our anniversary great stay we will be back!"

"LOVED the location. We had a view room on 18th floor with a soaking tub. It was fabulous and reasonably priced. It was just a few minutes to walk to the Falls and activities around the area. It was quiet for sleeping and very comfortable. I would stay there again."
