I like the cleanliness of the room; the jacuzzi was clean as well. The best service for me was that they provided us with a clean towel every day during our 4-night stay. The walking distance from the hotel to the falls is also decent. I would say it is a very budget-friendly, safe option for travelers.

Clean and very nice staff. Only wish a continental breakfast was included. But the place was super nice! We also stayed at the other Ramada (falls view) and there is no comparison this one is hands down the best!

The hotel was clean and great! However, there was an additional cost for pretty much everything that’s free in other hotels - tea, coffee and even toothbrushes and toothpaste.
