The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Otherwise the rooms are small and washroom are even smaller. Also you can hear noises if someone is taking shower next door or if someone is moving a floor above you. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This is a great hotel. Location was perfect as we were seeing a show at Fallsview and my daughter’s fav bar is Margaritaville which was right next door. Parking was included in our stay and we choose the breakfast option which was a great money saver and the restaurant menu had a lot of options. Small but very mighty detail for me; they have Dove pump hand soap in the bathroom. No gross little bar soaps! I really liked that. Staff was also incredible, very friendly at the desk and the restaurant. In fact, they always spoke to us every time we passed the front desk. When we were leaving, the lovely cleaning person on the 3rd floor said “I hope you had a great stay with us” as we were getting into the elevator. Amazing people work at this hotel. Lastly, we had a wonderful time at the pool and the sauna. It was super clean and lots of towels available. We will stay here again.
