The staff were absolute gems, honestly I could not have asked for better customer service. My youngest wasn't feeling well and the cleaning staff made sure to give us extra towels, trash bags, and she even inquired about how she was feeling throughout the trip. Front desk ladies (and a gentleman) were super friendly. We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
