Bed and Breakfast in Welland

"Overall the stay was ok."

"we always want to come here as the breakfast view was amazing but during our stay their breakfast was at the main lobby no longer have view of the falls. they were under renovation not sure if its related to it that they had moved the breakfast to the lobby. also 2 elevators were down so it took longer for the elevators. we were offered upgrade to our room from 2 queen beds and sofa bed to 2 king size bed, which i thought thwere were 3 beds in the room! hahaha. the staff said the room was just renovated, it inly had 2 king size bed but no table and chairs to sit on to enjoy the view, so we always had to sit on bed or sit on the floor. this was room 2010."

"Says it has breakfast. They do not. Jacuzzi is in bathroom not in the view of the fall"

"Staff were all super friendly. Parking onsite is $25 and $15 offsite. Breakfast had the staples, nice atmosphere. Room was very large, beds were comfortable, slight musty smell in the room. Hotel is located across the street from the Speedway so close to everything...5-10 minute walk to the Falls. I would definitely stay again. "

"Hot tub was great. Did not use laundry service. "

"No parking at this site they will arrange off site parking and have a guy that does that. It was a clean great shower"

"DO NOT stay at this hotel. They are housing long term residents and because of this there is a high presence of security guards. So many that I began questioning my own safety at this place. The fire alarm went off 3 times one evening because one of the residents were smoking inside. I frequently stay in Niagara Falls and I will never stay at this place again. If you are looking for a nice getaway, do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. "
