"This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. "Overall the property was very enjoyable. The beachfront aspect was definitely a plus both at sunrise and sunset. Amazing campfires on the beach and beautiful skies above. The property itself was in fairly good condition, a little bit of bubbling on the vinyl flooring but nothing noticeable to the eye. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for my party of 6! No sleeping complaints. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay."

"Our room was clean and well maintained. Bell captain stall were very friendly and helpful. Check in process and the lack of front desk staff resulting in a long wait time. Daily house keeping not available. Online/in room bill folio review and check out not available. Site no longer has onsite restaurant and no room service or bar available."

"Staff was amazing no matter what we needed no matter what time I asked for it they delivered. Nice to come into a hotel with nice smiling faces and polite people who are willing to help hotel was a 38 minute walk from the Falls but across the street was the way go bus, which was very helpful for $16 a pass per person. You could use it for 24 hours."

During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
