First time staying at this hotel, and quite presently impressed with the staff (especially William) the experience was well worth it and the fact that it’s a 2min walk from major activities is a huge positive.

Having been warned that the Canadian side of the falls was more commercialised than its US counterpart, we were worried that we might not like where we were staying. We were wrong and needn’t have been concerned. The hotel is far enough away from the tourist traps but close enough should you want to visit. They said, it wasn’t far to the falls, especially if the little funicular railway is open - luckily it opened for the season on the day of our visit! The staff are a credit to the hotel and check in was super easy. Our room was huge and very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out our luggage and travelling possessions. We can’t comment on the dining as the dining room was closed for renovations.

Housekeeping needs improvement… dirty cups left in rm, one on floor, blankets not refilled, just left in a heap… creamers not restocked… shampoo not replenished. Pillows from bed left on couch.Breakfast places blocks away and expensive.. should give discount cards.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls and the entertainment center. Not sure if the house keeper forgot to vacuum under the chair, saw a lot of debris. Otherwise, the staff, room, and surrounding weere very good.
