Really good location and amenities, easy to access all tourist attractions by foot. Advice and tips given by the owner were very helpful and much appreciated even for food. Only downside was heating was not on, so a bit chilly for our stay.

Perfect location …

Perfect position in the best part of town ideal for sightseeing. Accommodation a bit basic and forget the breakfast but adequately made up for by where you are. No concierge but very helpful staff online or over phone. Make sure you read the info they send to you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It isn’t a hotel, but is a very beautiful location. walking distance to everywhere :) Nice quiet beautiful room. Maybe only small recommendations would be to have a bathroom hook close to the shower and the toilet seat isn’t connected to the toilet. Otherwise thank you for the great accommodation.

It was really well located, right by the Duomo. Make sure to account for check in being at 3, there is no lobby so no one is there to great you. Regardless, very good customer service.

This is a great area to stay. The square is fairly central to all the sights and in a great location to chill when you first get in town or if you're getting in late from tours. Samuel met us outside and showed us around. As long as you reach out ahead of time to let them know when you're coming you should be fine! WhatsApp helps to text them as you're in a different country and all.

Accommodation right in the heart of Florence. You will be surrounded by countless restaurants and retailers. Very close to most touristic attractions. Did not enjoy the cleaning lady speaking out loud on the phone and banging things left, right and center at 9.30am while a sign in the hallway asks to remain calm between 10am and 10pm. Same cleaning lady who barely looked at me when i said *buongiorno* as i was getting coffee in the hallway...

It was ok, not as described on hotels.com ,said it was a b&b, but there was no breakfast, disappointed, hairdryer blew out cold air so couldn't dry my hair, the only good thing was that it was dead centre of the duomo, for that I couldn't fault, but overall wasn't what I was expecting.

A tourist trap that's a small step above a hostel

I ended up checking out early from my stay. The room was not particularly clean, I found hair in various places on the bathroom walls. My room with "city views" was misleading. The B&B is on the first floor and the only view is directly onto Piazza della Republica. You don't see the duomo as pictured in their advertising. The worst feature however is the noise. I could not sleep without headphones/earplugs in. The piazza was echoing with busking singers until at least 3 in the morning. The "soundproof" windows were little help. I woke up restless and checked out immediately, forfeiting hundreds of euros to keep my own sanity. The location is fine in terms of its proximity to all of the major landmarks, but for this price this is an incredible rip off that will leave you wondering why you didn't spend the extra 50-100 euros per night to stay in an accredited hotel.

Die größte Masche in Florenz überhaupt. Es wird von einem B&B gesprochen, hat aber kein Frühstück! Personal fehl am Platz - es war weder jemand vor Ort noch persönlich anzutreffen. Vorgetäuschte „Rezeption“ im Flur mit Kartenzahlungsterminal, an welche man selbst anhand eines Videos die Zahlung durchführen muss. Lage katastrophal! Mitten im Zentrum und kein funktionsfähiger Fahrstuhl. Wir hatten das Zimmer 6 bekommen, welche einfach ein Raum in einer WG ist. Keinerlei Privatsphäre, unsicher und leicht einzubrechen. Den krönenden Abschluss haben die Mitmieter gegeben. Das Zimmer war mit Bettwanzen überfallen!!!! Trotz Beweisvideo und Fotos wird abgestritten, dass es ihr Zimmer ist. Sie erkennen nicht einmal auf den Fotos die von Ihnen verwendete Bettwäsche oder den Nachttisch. Streiten alles ab und sind nicht entgegen gekommen. Und dabei wurde das Thema „Erstattung“ noch gar nicht angesprochen. Uns ging es rein darum, sie über den Befund zu informieren und auf Professionalität zu stoßen. Fehl am Platz bei diesem Anbieter. Bucht es nicht!!!! Hinterfragen sollte man auch wer ihnen überhaupt 4* vergeben hat. Unserer Meinung nach läuft das alles unter dem Tisch ab und die angebliche Behörde, welche die Sauberkeit des Zimmer zertifiziert hat, wird vermutlich auf anderem Wege davon Profit haben.

Amazing location, very quiet overall. Bit of confusion with checking in, due to lack of follow up comms. Few quirks such as vault not being as user friendly compared to previous ones used. Nothing major that would deter us from staying, recommended if you’re in Florence

Beautiful painted ceilings in the rooms, great customer service- very attentive and kind. It was a lovely, authentic stay, and walking distance to everything! Only thing is maintenance is required with the property. Our room lock was loose, the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a plane was taking off, and the main room lights were flickering. The glass shelf in the bathroom was loose and on an angle, so it was completely unusable, which meant there was no where to put toiletries or make up to get ready in the bathroom, and the main room lighting was too dark so it was impractical. If the small maintenance issues are sorted I would definitely recommend staying here again. :)

No es un hotel es una propiedad tú abres tú te cobras tú subes y bajas las maletas no hay elevador y son como 30 escalones nadie está para apoyarte hay un teléfono que supuestamente funciona para emergencias no es cierto. Mandas mensajes a un teléfono de WhatsApp nadie te contesta nadie pela nada. Solicitamos vía WhatsApp nos proporcionarán la hora de salida para hacer check Out nadie contesta. No hay un verdadero servicio. La ubicación inigualable pero creo que hay mejores propiedades que ésta por mucho!!! no lo recomiendo!!!!! Considero a qué si van a cobrar por un servicio que supuestamente van a brindar en verdad y no ignorando cómo en esta propiedad!!!!

This B&B is located in Piazza Republica in Florence. It is in a wonderful, convenient location. Within a 5 min walk to Duomo/center and the bridges, as well as 10 min to SM Novella train station. There isn’t a “true” check in/lobby area, however, the staff were easy to reach via texting and met us immediately when we arrived to let us in and explain the property. Only downside is that it is in an old building and you can hear everything… which of course, other people talking isn’t the property’s fault… it just is a little noiser than our ideal spot but still a good visit overall! Very convenient and easily accessible.
