Located in a rural portion of Flippin, AR, not too far off Highway 62/412. Beautiful views off a large, mostly covered back deck, 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom/2 bath overlooking a portion of lower Crooked Creek.

Close to the White River, Crooked Creek & around 25 miles to the Buffalo River.
Flippin Walmart is 1.7 miles
Dally’s Ozark Fly Fisher is 6.2 miles
White River access - Cotter ramp is 2.7 miles

Amazing view and amazing cabin

We have stayed in three VRBO in and around Yellville and this is by far our favorite thus far. We are already scheduled to go back in a few weeks. Everything about this place is wonderful from the amazing view off the back porch all the way down to the comfort of the mattresses. Plenty of room for family and friends but still feels cozy with a family of three. It was conveniently located between Yellville and Cotter and a Walmart is five minutes away. We were also pulling a trailer and this location had plenty of space for our trailer and several vehicles to park.

Great cabin for our fishing group.

The rustic cabin was great for our groups needs. Close to Crooked Creek as well as the trout waters. The view was fantastic! It is rustic and well decorated in a flyfishing theme. It had everything we needed and was well stocked.

The rail on the back deck was dangerous! It was a hazard for anyone that leaned on it. I had to keep the grandchildren away afraid it would give way and they would fall down and get killed as a construction business owner I was extremely disturbed by the lack of structural support and would recommend that they run the piles from the ground ( buried in concrete all the way up to the top of the railing instead of nailing the post of the rails to the deck! The deck its self was covered with wood that had curled up and caused tripping hazards in at least 5 places and nails or screws that needed reseated! The bedding was cheap and the pillows were wore out! The address was so difficult to see that I had to knock or a door of a house on the road just to ask if anyone knew where it was! From the start it looked like a trailer and then the deck and poor linings I would never bring my family back to it. The view was beautiful and I loved the rustic build but I was more concerned with the safety of my family than I should have had to be!I have a video if anyone would care to view it!

Amazing Place

This was an amazing place to stay. Very comfortable with an incredible view off the huge back porch. Everything was clean and the whole 7-day stay was like being at home. The construction of this place was beautiful, you could tell there was a lot of soul put into this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful cabin with stunning views!

We absolutely loved the property!! The kids LOVED the “secret hideout” in the bunk room. Everything was clean and we loved the extra perks like the community coffee. The back deck was awesome and has stunning views! We will definitely be back!
