There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom). There are two bonus areas off the kitchen; one for storage and laundry and one large bonus room. There is a fully fenced yard and a covered patio.

We’re able to accommodate up to 2 dogs. Cats and/or more than 2 dogs might be allowed with prior approval and additional conditions. Due to insurance reasons, breed restriction applies.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch.

The ensuite bedroom is furnished with a smart Roku TV where you'll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more using your own login account.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to important things like: a washer, dryer, an iron, blow dryer, towels, bed linens, starter bathroom basics, laundry & dish detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, as well as a starter supply of local coffee and hand soaps.

The house has an evaporative cooler that is shut off during the winter and turned back on in the Spring.

You’ll have access to the entire home, enclosed patio and fenced in backyard. Parking is on the driveway in front of the house.

For 30+ days stay, you will be responsible for taking the trash and recycling bins out to the curbside on trash pickup day. A Lease Agreement and an additional $55 application fee per person age 18+ for the credit and background check are required. A copy of the travel assignment contract is acceptable in place of the application fee & process.
