Living space features a sofa which pulls out into a sofa bed sleeping an additional two people, coffee table, TV and Bluetooth speaker. Dining space includes a table with three chairs. Kitchen features a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster and dishwasher. Sliding doors leading from the living room to a spacious balcony.
Sleeping: Comfortable and plush master bedroom with king size bed, dressing table, chair, built in wardrobe with full length mirror, bedside tables and sliding doors to balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. Sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests. Bathroom with walk in rainfall shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Lift access. WiFi.
Outside: South facing balcony with two sun loungers, round table with four chairs and views of Gyllyngvase beach and the gardens below. Accessible from the living room and bedroom, and perfect for entertaining with a homemade seafood dinner or a glass of wine in the evening sunlight. Private parking for one vehicle.

Please note The Liner development has CCTV located in the main entrance, car park and ground floor communal areas. Please note that the next door apartment, 'Port', is also managed by Beach Retreats.
