It is a great location. The pool was closed, the day we arrived, for the season. And there was a dog above us (which wouldn't be a big deal normally) but there was not any sound proofing so we heard every single step on the floor (dogs and humans).

The parking lot was well lighted, room was clean. Only 2 issues, the air conditioner evaporator was not dispensing the water that condensed to the outside and woke up both morning with considerable amount of water on the floor. The other was the toilet kept running and you had to jiggle the arm to keep it from continuously running so it would fill the tank.
