- Experience Ostseeurlaub at its best! In our 1997 built and 2005 newly furnished house you will find a friendly atmosphere all the comfort with which you every season a peaceful and relaxing stay. On 130 sqm living area on the ground floor, it offers plenty of space for your family or friends. And when the sun is not shining, you can relax on the terrace, in front of the stove or in the sauna. The house is located between the districts and Elmenhorst Lichtenhagen, just 25 minutes away from the center of Rostock. The primitive Elmenhorster beach is just 3 km away, to the fine sandy beach of Warnemünde is 5 km away. Idyllic, it can be almost impossible to live around Rostock. The holiday house has 800 sqm plot nestled lying on a 2-hectare private mill land. Enjoy the undisturbed vision and check all the fresh breeze caress your face!
