Peaceful
We had a great stay. The road in was a little off grid but we thought it was funny. That’s the type of people we are. The pond was a nice little touch and we enjoyed the walking trails

Fall getaway
This place was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of life! It was just what o hoped for being small and quaint and in the middle of the wilderness. The cabin over looked a pond and the leaves were orange, red, yellow, green! The temperature had dropped to the low 30s but we still enjoyed the time away!

A slice of heaven
My husband and I wanted to get away to see the colors. We couldn't have asked for a better get away.....literally in the middle of nowhere down a winding driveway, but just 20 minutes outside of EauClaire. A wonderful patio overlooking the pond is where we spent mornings enjoying our coffee, and then in the evening waiting for the deer to come out and graze. Wonderful rustic cabin....nothing fancy....just fabulous!!!

Incredible Property!
Absolutely gorgeous setting! You will not run out of things to see and do while you are there. Nature in all it's glory! Be sure to spend some time hiking the trails and enjoying the peace and tranquility. There is no wifi, but we had cell service through Verizon, and it was wonderful to unplug otherwise. We hope to come back again!

Cozy, Clean, & Orderly!
My little family had an awesome stay here! There was obviously a LOT of thought and planning put into this place. To follow-up on Shrylle M.’s thorough review, the hosts now had some condiments and games. We saw some deer, drank coffee on the flagstone patio in the morning while sitting under pine trees and looking over the nearby pond, hiked a combination of trails (which had incredible, expansive views!), had a campfire with brats and s’mores, grilled some pizzas, played some games, and enjoyed the air conditioned cabin. Would definitely recommend!

Secluded Serenity
The windy tree-lined road leading out to the cabin got us so excited! You'll want to make sure you have front wheel drive, the quarter mile path to the cabin has a couple steep turns! We pulled up on a quaint little cabin with a beautiful patio looking out to the pond. We enjoyed quiet nights under the stars around the fire. The S'Mores kit was so cute and definitely got used! Plenty of firewood. They had several camping chairs and a grill for us to use. The place was clean and cozy. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The bed we slept in was a little firm but we still slept well. A fan for each room was nice. There were clean towels and washcloths and essential soap/shampoo/conditioner. No condiments (salt & pep) but all the pots, pans, ice tray dishware, and cutlery you should need. Coffee pot/keurig and coffee was much appreciated. They even had koozies which always come in handy! There weren't any cards, dice, or games which would've been a nice touch. The owners took the initiative to install an AC unit as we were seeing high 90's during our stay that was so kind and much appreciated to have an escape from the heat. The owners were kind, helpful and easy to communicate with but also left us to our privacy and seclusion. The hiking trails were nicely mowed and mapped out. We had a lovely time and would 100% stay here again. This is probably our favorite Air B&B/VRBO experience we've ever had due to its unique quaint setting.
