Overall the property was nice. Staffed are honest, we forgot some things and they kept it for us and when we came back they have it ready for pick up.

So we booked this place thru Expedia just look all of our other properties. I had no problem checking in in cebu, Boracay, Puerto Princesa and when I got here it went downhill. When I talked to the front desk girl, she said that they don’t have any information about our stay at all. I showed her all my Expedia infromation(receipt etc…) and she said the boss/owner erased their hotel to be booked thru Expedia a long time ago. They they can’t do anything about it so I had to call Expedia to fix this issue.
