A very nice apartment style unit. Our room was clean and efficient with most of the necessary kitchen utensils necessary for a multi-day stay. While there was some road noise (major arterial nearby) it never kept me awake as the bed was quite comfortable. Walking distance to convenience store and food establishments.

Weekend getaway

It was very cleaned and organized. We were a family of five. Thank you for the extra towels and blankets. The location to Kickapoo was about a 15 minute drive and that was great. We did enjoy ourselves but the only downside was the noise. The location was close to the street. I guess, if the noise doesn’t bother you, it will be ok. If not, bring your earplugs. Thank you for our 2 day stay. at your condo.

Easter Weekend

Pros:The apartment is very cute. Well decorated. It’s clean. It has almost everything you need. Cons:On the website it says there is a washer/dryer but there wasn’t any in the apartment. The highway is right in front so you can hear some traffic at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would rent again.

Weekend getaway

Luckily, the property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. The only things that bothered us was the close proximity to a very busy street. Every passing car, truck and racing vehicle could be hear from inside the room all night long. Then, there were adjoining properties at the rental site that were not well cared for and some in disrepair. We've never experienced before, but there were a number of what appeared to be search lights coming from a huge open field which brightened the entire rental property at night like it was sitting inside a football stadium. It seems that this feature was well beyond the Host's control.
